The newly operational Sohna-Dausa stretch has positioned Sohna as the entry gateway to the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway. This has reduced travel time to Dausa (Rajasthan) to just 2.5 hours, boosting demand for weekend homes and second homes in the region.
